Returns Policy
TrailersPlus branded apparel is made especially for you as you place an order. Because we do not carry an inventory of apparel items or other rewards that are redeemable from TPU reward "coins", we do not accept any returns or exchanges on any of these items. All sales are final.
Shipping
All items are eligible for free shipping anywhere in the United States. Please ship all items to an address that you feel is safe to receive packages. Shipping time can vary depending on the location that the order is being sent to, but is generally within 2 weeks. Please do not contact us regarding your shipping status until at least 3 weeks after an order as been places.
